Prints Warranty
Printed using professional Canon photo paper, your artwork is crafted to stay vivid and beautiful under normal indoor conditions.
✔️ Covered for 1 year:
Fading not caused by sunlight or moisture
Visible print defects (lines, blotches, or smudges)
✖️ Not covered:
Direct sunlight or water exposure
Customer mishandling, mounting errors, or alterations
🖼️ Frame Warranty
We use quality frames with lightweight premium polystyrene front covers. While affordable, they’re carefully selected and assembled to ensure lasting performance.
✔️ Covered for 1 year:
Frame warping from manufacturing flaws
Yellowing/clouding of the front cover under standard use
Defective assembly or parts
✖️ Not covered:
Damage from drops, impact, or improper mounting
Warping/yellowing caused by heat or sun
📦 Our Promise
If something goes wrong within a year — and it's not caused by misuse — we’ll make it right. We ask that you reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order if anything arrives damaged or defective. A few photos and your order number are all we need to start the process.
