Delivery and Shipping Information

At Jonusy Webstore, we offer free international shipping on all orders. We utilize shared cargo containers to efficiently deliver your items. You will receive shipping details once your order is dispatched.

  • Shipping Timeline:
    Orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location.

  • International Shipping:
    We ship worldwide, and your order will be processed in accordance with customs regulations in each country. Please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your location.

  • Shipping Carriers:
    We use reliable shipping carriers to deliver your orders. The specific carrier will be provided at the time of dispatch.

NOTE:

1. About Delivery

Once your order is confirmed, we will assign our default courier service through our logistics panel, which may vary by country. We utilize shared cargo containers to efficiently deliver your items, allowing us to provide free global shipping on all orders.

  • Standard Delivery: Free
    Enjoy free global shipping with our standard delivery service. Please allow additional time for delivery due to the use of shared cargo containers.

  • Express Delivery: $25 USD (DHL Express)
    For faster delivery, you can choose our express delivery option via DHL Express for a fee of $25 USD.

2. Processing Time (Up to 2 Business Days)


This is the time needed to create and prepare your order after you approve the design. It includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.


3. Shipping Time (7 to 14 Working Days)


This is the time required for the delivery of your order once it has been shipped. Shipping times can vary based on your location, the chosen shipping method, and external factors such as carrier delays.



4. Total Estimated Timeframe


From the time you approve your design to receiving your final product, the total estimated timeframe is approximately 14 business days. This includes:

  • Review & Approval: Up to 2 business days
  • Processing Time: Up to 2 business days
  • Shipping & Delivery: Up to 14 working days

For example, if review and approval (by customer) take up to 3 business days, processing takes up to 2 business days, and shipping takes up to 10 working days, the total estimated timeframe would be up to 15 business days.



5. Import Taxes and Duties


Please be aware that certain countries may impose import taxes, duties, and customs fees on incoming shipments. These charges are not included in your payment and are determined by the customs office of the destination country. For detailed information on applicable charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.
