How We Ship

    Each order is securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

  2. Reliable Shipping Methods:
    We partner with trusted carriers to offer standard shipping options, ensuring your items arrive safely.

  3. Shipping Information:
    We are proud to offer free global shipping on all orders! This is made possible by using shared cargo containers, which allows us to deliver your items efficiently. Please allow us additional time for processing and shipping, as your order may be affected by customs clearance due to the cargo containers. Shipping details will be provided after your item begins sorting from the cargo.

  4. Customs and Duties:
    Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply for international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by region.


Total Estimated Timeframe

From the time you approve your design to receiving your final product, the total estimated timeframe is approximately 14 business days. This includes:

  • Review & Approval: (can be skipped at the product page)
  • Processing Time: Up to 2 business days
  • Shipping & Delivery: Up to 14 business days

For example, if the review and approval (by the customer) take 3 business days, processing takes 2 business days, and shipping takes 10 working days, the total estimated timeframe would be up to 15 business days.
